Abstract

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

• We accept either Case Report or Research which might focus in any subdivision of Neurology
• Only original abstracts with English language will be accepted
• Accepted abstract will be selected for a poster presentation
• Word counts: maximum 300 words, excluding title, key words, and list of authors with their affiliations
• Title: concise with clear summary of the research, capitalized each word, avoid using abbreviations.
• Content: For research article, briefly and clearly present the background, objective, methods, result, and the conclusion to emphasize any important aspects of the study. For case report, kindly present the introduction, case description, discussion, and conclusion.
• For any Original Research, upon submission authors have to declare that they received ethical clearance or statement of consideration in compliance with related regulations, by putting a click on the checkbox.
• The committee will not accept an abstract that has been previously published in another conference or meeting.
• The submitted abstract cannot be modified or revised after the submission deadline has closed.
• If accepted, the Scientific Committee has a license to reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display the text of the Content on a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive basis.
• The Committee reserves the right to remove from publication and/or presentation any abstract which does not comply with the guidelines.
• Abstracts must be submitted through online submission system via https://asna-indonesia-2025.com/abstract-submission
• Abstract submitted by email, or post will NOT be accepted.
• Presenting authors must register for the Congress and pay the registration fee before they can submit the abstract.
